The central objective of our business policy is to ensure the satisfaction of our customers by providing high quality scientific and technical services. Therefore, HYDRODATA GmbH has established a quality management system (QMS) in already 1998 and achieved an accreditation according to the international standard DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.
All services of HYDRODATA GmbH are performed according to the implemented QMS. Through the accreditation, the quality of our services and all related business processes are monitored by the DAkkS (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH). The accredited services include the collection of environmental samples as well as the associated engineering services for the planning and execution of sampling and the evaluation of the results.
The following types of sampling are accredited (competence areas waste, water as well as soil and contaminated sites):
- Water from aquifers
- Water from surface waters (standing waters and flowing waters)
- Soil and soil air
- Waste / substances for recycling
- Measurement of physico-chemical parameters during water sampling
The accreditation of the QMS according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 means that HYDRODATA has introduced a QMS conforming to DIN EN ISO 9001, since DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 includes the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001.
The DAkkS registration number for the accreditation of HYDRODATA GmbH according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 is: D-PL-18139-01-00 (see DAkkS database of accredited bodies ).
Laboratory analyses
Laboratory analyses related to our accredited activities are performed by laboratories that are also accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018.
